It’s not true!!! Nigerian Army Debunks new kidnapping in Damasak


The report days ago that went viral about the new kidnapping of about 400 people in Damasak mostly women and children reported by reuters  have been debunks by the Nigerian military.
Col. Sani Usman the acting Director of Army Public Relations describe the claims by  the media about the kidnapping of about 400 people from Damasak as a total fabrication.



“It is not true. Its all lies and I don’t just want to start discrediting any news agency but this particular medium has been in the habit of dishing out false news like more than four occasions now, lease there is no 500 people that was kidnapped”

it will be a problems for us all, if after all the effort by the Nigerian military that this more people are being captured again

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
