Boko Haram kills two Niger soldiers using remote-control bomb

This is the first time, that the Niger Army have being targeted by this kind of attack by the Islamic extremist called Boko Haram. the bombs were planted and remotely detonated which resulted in the death of two Niger  soldiers.

An officer from Niger said 

“we had two soldiers killed on Wednesday in a remote-controlled explosion. We took up the chase and killed the two militants responsible for the attack”  

Recently, it should be noted that the sect have extended their territories to Countries like Chad, Cameroon and Niger, but it is not clear to why these extremist keep killing innocent people from across the country and the near border towns  with Nigeria  along the North and North-Eastern part of the country Nigeria.
