Pharrell and Robin Thicke to pay 7.4miiloin to Marvin Gaye’s children for copying lines from the legend




Pharrell and Robin Thicke are ordered to pay the sum of $7.4 milloin for copying the Marvin Gaye’s line and making the biggest hit song in 2013. 


The verdict could tarnish Pharrell music career. The jury decided that the family of Marvin should receives $4milloin in damages and 3.4 million in profit from the song. Though it may seems that the court ruling was in favour of the family of Marvin Gaye’s

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
