Couple who knifed each other to death in front of their children



The  couple, named as Angie and Cornelius Belling, Cornelius 44 and Angie  27 were confirmed dead at the scene in Kildysart Co Clare.

Police and fire brigade had been dealing with a fire at a hardware shop when Angie ran out of a home across the road in blood.

She collapse on the footpath and was tendered by the police in other to serve her life, while an ambulance was called, with stab wound to her chest and neck,  she was declared death there before the ambulance came along.

Cornelius body was discovered in the building, the police spokesman later said they are not looking  for anybody in connection with the double killing “At the moment this is likely to be a case of the couple stabbing each other. This would appear to be a domestic that went drastically out of hand”

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
