Colombia plane crash claims 7 lives



The plane crashed occurs on Wednesday due to technical glitch in Colombia’s northeastern province of Santander. The crashed occurs moment after the pilot warned air traffic control of mechanical problem killing all seven lives on the plane. 

The plane was on its way from Bucaramanga to Malaga, a distance of about 37 miles or 60 kilometer. The plane pilot notice a loss of oil pressure in the engine and tried to make a U-turn but the controls failed and the plane crashed near the town of Piedecuesta claiming all seven lives.

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
