Meet the guy who would raise a sculpture in Otuoke to mark Jonathan’s Heroism




Meet Mr Ezemagu Subday Nnamdi a nairalander, an ex-youth Corp member that while serving  decided to raise N10,000 in support of President Goodluck Jonathan re-election campaign.

Mr Sunday in his statement believes there is something about Mr President, something special that Nigerians will soon miss out on when he steps down. Mr Sunday now wants to raise a sculpture in honour of the heroism of Mr President in his home town. This guy intends to go to his hometown and inform his kinsmen about making a tourist centre to celebrate President Jonathan heroism work in Nigeria and the world at large.

Prison Break !! 144 Inmates freed

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
