Ghanaian based medical doctor sentenced to 16 years after…




Sulley Ali-Gabass has being slammed with 16 years jail time for forcing himself on a 16 years old boy.


The trial Judge Rita Agyemang Budu in her ruling on Monday 14, 2015 pronounced the doctor guilty for taking on the 16 years old in his anus forcefully in his car.

The boy was later diagnosed in Korle Bu Teaching Hospital with Fistula and anal rectal Abscess, after a surgical operation, the boy was found out to be HIV positive.

During the course of the judgment, the counsel pleaded with the court to take into consideration the United Nations UN, charter that protects  the rights of lesbians and Gay Bi-sexual relationship, transgender and the US Supreme Court ruling for the recognition of gay marriages in all states  in the US.

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night.
