Emir of Kano Sunusi Cried!!



The Emir of Kano Mohammed Sunusi today Sunday cries while speaking at the African House of the Kano Government House.
The Emir paused for about two minutes while presenting his speech in which he was advising Nigerian Leaders to be prepared to account for all their actions before God.
At the venue, is the present Governor  of  Kano  State Umar Ganduje. The event at which the emir was speaking is called Hawan Nassarawa which signify the end of eid-el-fitri festivities

Prison Break !! 144 Inmates freed

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
