EFCC Goes after PDP Members for N75m bribe


The ruling members of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP might soon get their selves into trouble as the are accused by the Economic  and Financial  Crime Commission EFCC over N750 million from a governorship aspirant in Delta State Mr. Nduki Elumelu

This PDP top officials are the members of PDP National Working Committee  NWC. The prime suspect that was detained for five days for his role in bribery, Mr Dumebi Kachikwu gave some of them up and they will soon be investigated.


Kachikwu is a former son-in-law to the former Aviation  Minister Kema Chikwe,  N100 million has being traced to a top businessman in Delta State who is now arrested  and presently in the Abuja office for questioning.

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
