We have clues on those involved in recent Bombings



Major General  Yusuf Abubakar made the statement on Sunday, October 4, while speaking  with the News  Agency  of Nigeria in Maiduguri, he said the recent bombings in the country is meant to divert the attentions of the military from achieving their targeted goal.

He said “we searched the house and certain items that we recovered at the vicinity gave us some clues…. Although investigation had commenced on the clues, it would take time before reaching a conclusion. Investigation on those that we suspect that are either participating or hiding fueling or conniving with those that carried out those act, is ongoing. They will be exposed in due course”

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
