Female suicide bomber attack mosque in Borno



At least 5 people have been confirmed dead after a female 2 female suicide bombers attacked a mosque,
the first suicide bomber was waiting for Muslims  faithful to come out of the mosque so she could detonates  the bomb on her, but fortunately prolonged prayers kept them inside and the bomb detonates killing her and other people nearby.
The second bomber blew herself few meters from the mosque, at least 40 people are said to be injured and are receiving treatment at State Specialist  Hospital Maiduguri.

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
