Official blames Hajj stampede on “some Pilgrims from Africa’s as death toll reaches 717



The head of the Central  Hajj Committee Prince Khaled al Faisal has blame the Mecca  stampede on “some  pilgrims from African nationalities”. He made the statement as the number of the people who lost their lives rise to 717 and the number may still continue to rise 

The stampede that claims this lives to place at the point of an annual ritual called “Stoning the devil”  may their souls rest in peace amen

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
