Buhari opens up on Saraki’s issue



President Mohammadu Buhari say he works with the senate president as the constitution of Nigeria have stated, and his role as the President does not states he should pressurized the judiciary to drop charges against the senate president, if he should do so, then “I could be successfully impeached if I do it”


The president was also asked about Nigeria missing several opportunities in the UN General Assembly meetings  specifically meetings between international organizations and West African countries dealing with the effects of Boko  Haram, the president simple answer “If we are not invited then we cannot be there”

Prison Break !! 144 Inmates freed

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
