Jet Used for Bombing Operations against Boko Gone Missing


The jet with Tail Number 466 that Got Missing


The Nigerian Air force jet with tail number 466 has gone missing from radar. The jet is reportedly disappear from radar around Adamawa State after a routine flight operations against Islamist insurgent called Boko Haram. The jet is the only know functioning jet engaged in the operations against the insurgent Boko Haram. The Nigerian defense says that, they are also looking for the two pilots operating the jet when it disappear from the radar, though it is still not clear if the  Boko Haram had shot the jet down yet

Kogi state prison called Koton-Karfe on   Sunday night had an episode, that left the prison gates open and the inmates out on the street. Koton-Karfe is   said to be the home for armed robbers and murderers whom out of 145 inmates, 144 are said to have escape and found their way back into the society.  The Prison Break was facilitated by external attack on the prison around 9:30pm   and 10:00pm said Adams Omale the State Controller of Prison. The correctional facility was ransacked and its ceiling shattered with one of its inmates dead. 12 of the escape convict were apprehended and brought back to Koton-Karfe, these event of Prison Break took place Sunday night. After the event has piped down, the governor of the state today being Monday (03/11/2014)   pays a visit to the prison. The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Prisons service Aminu Suley also visited the Prison to witness the aftermath of the Prison Break of Sunday night (02/11/2014).
