Philippines 45 killed at footwear factory

45 people killed and 26 others are missing after a fire engulfed a footwear
factory in the northern Philippines, authorities said.
The blaze
of fire caught a slipper and shoe factory in Valenzuela City on Wednesday, in
accordance to Mayor Rex Gachalian while talking with reporters at a news conference.
So far,
five people have being pulled alive from the burning factory on Wednesday, and
the authorities have claim that the number of survivors in the fire
incident is still unclear.
The government
said the fire was believed to have been caused by a spark from welding work on
the factory and it was expanded into large scale when it came in contact
with some chemicals. The blaze was believe to have started before Wednesday noon
