Helicopters dropping food, Arms for Boko Haram

The Internal Displaced Persons IDP who have spent hours in the bush running for their lives have claim to have saw helicopters dropping Food and Arms for  the insurgents in Monguno, Maiduguri. This surely will have raised the question, is the insurgent alone in this fight of creating a caliphate in the Northern State of Nigeria or are they having support from foreign aid somewhere?.

They claim to have seen helicopters drooping items in sacks and in boxes to the places, the insurgent usually camp out and  moments later, the Boko Haram sects will rush in to get whatever it was that was drop in sacks from the helicopter.
