Court of appeal bars police, other from arresting Saraki

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja this morning  has granted  a stay execution order on the arrest of Senate President Bukola Saraki  which was issued by the Code of Conduct Tribunal CCT Friday 18th September by the Tribunal Chairman  Danladi Umar. CCT has charged Senate President Bukola Saraki with 13 count charge bothering on false declaration of assets.
