Buhari escapes disqualification; his fate will be discussed April 22

The suit filed in the Federal  High Court Abuja that may disqualify Buhari as the presidential candidate for the All Progressive Congress APC, the suit is adjourned to April 22 and 23.

The  court have however dismissed the suit filed two persons seeking to be defendants, therefore it is safe to say the former Military Head  of State  is now free from legal suit.
