Presidential election of 2015 in Nigeria, the ballot papers found in London

The papers are found in a local printer in the Essex area of London, where they are unsecured at the premises of Panther Printing services in London. 

It was understood that the contract of printing ballot papers was giving to a company called Cemoz International Limited, and when they went to London to shop for Printers to print the ballot paper, they came across  already printed ballot papers, and Essex-based company asked

 ”if we could give them more jobs, adding that their company has mastered how to print ballot papers”
